High Quality Central Solid 4 Jaws Chuck with Dual Power for Laser Pipe Cutter
1. Description
This product is specially designed for laser pipe cutter. The product itself can be used as an independent spindle with a chuck in the middle which can firmly clamp the work-piece and rotate at the same time.
After the product base is fixed, connect the matched motor with the gear, and connect the compressed air source(0.4-0.9Mpa) to realize clamping and driving the work-piece to rotate. It is mainly used for work-piece clamping, rotating and front and back feeding.
Becaus the length of the parts processed by the cutting machine is longer, the back chuck and matched main chuck are commonly installed in pairs on the equipment. This kind of feeding chuck is a automatic two-two-center structure and it has four claws with dual power. It can be applied to clamp the circular, square, rectangualr, elliptical and other central axis symmetrical parts.
In addition, it is also in solid structure and kindly recommend it to be used on heavy pipe cutting machine.
